Monark, a Shin Megami Tensei JRPG, already has a release date in America

In June, Lacarse, a firm made up of Shin Megami Tensei creators, stunned fans by presenting the first information of Monark, their latest JRPG. The creators announced the game's release in Japan after showing off some of its elements and battles.

Fortunately, NIS soon followed up with excellent news for players in the West, announcing that it will manage the distribution of Monark in the United States, as well as the release of an appealing collector's edition.

The JRPG will be released on October 14 in Japan, but players in the United States will have to wait a little longer. This was confirmed by the corporation, which today announced the rest of the world's launch date.

Monark is a JRPG that transports you to the Shin Mikado academy, where a mysterious mist transports you to a realm filled with demons and other dangers. To explore the strange territory and gain allies, you must get possession of a huge power.

If you enjoy the game's proposition, keep in mind that it's available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC (via Steam). On February 22, 2022, it will be released in the United States. Players in Europe, on the other hand, will have to wait until the 25th of the same month to get their hands on it.

It will have a Japanese and English interface, subtitles, and voices, according to its Steam page. As a result, at least at first, it will not be supported in Spanish. The system requirements for playing it on PC have yet to be announced.

NIS America also released a new trailer for Monark to go along with the announcement. Several of the protagonists that will accompany us or face us in this terrible trip are shown in it.

Immerse yourself in a bleak world where reality and self-awareness collide. "The enigmatic worlds you'll discover are brought to life in a weird and gloomy neo-fantasy style, with intricate character designs and evocative locations," the game's description states.
