In the following months, MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA will receive all of this content

MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA, the latest entry in the Tsukihime spin-off franchise, has captivated thousands of players all across the world since its release in late September. The creators, on the other hand, recognize that maintaining the community's interest for months to come will be the true struggle, which is why they are already working on DLC material.

Project Lumina announced the projected dates for the new content to arrive in the combat video game via a tweet. While he didn't divulge many information, we already know that new characters, locales, and story chapters will be available to fans.

As a result, the first pair of DLC packs will be released later this winter, possibly between December 21, 2021 and March 20, 2022. The third and fourth packages, for their part, will be released in the spring of next year.

It's worth noting that each DLC pack will come with a playable character, a new stage, and a new story chapter. Of course, Project Lumina didn't say how much it would cost or when it would be released, but it did say that future updates will address flaws and add balancing.

We should point you that MELTY BLOOD: TYPE LUMINA launched with 13 characters, one of whom being Saber from the Fate franchise. Without a doubt, it will be fascinating to see if any of the upcoming DLC combatants will also appear in another story.

But, tell us, what are your thoughts on the upcoming DLC for the combat video game? Let us know what you think in the comments.
