The so-called Creative Emmy Awards were held this past weekend as a prelude to the Emmy Awards, which will be held on September 19th. The Creative Emmy Awards focused more on the technical level of the best television series of the year. The Mandalorian or WandaVision for Disney (with the first three Emmys for Marvel Studios), or the 34 awards that Netflix has won for several of its series, with Lady's Gambit standing out.

Marvel Studios' first three Emmys

Scarlet Witch and Vision, sometimes known as WandaVision, has won Emmy honors for Best Costumes in a Fantasy or Science Fiction Series, Best Production Design for a Half-Hour Show, and Best Original Tune for the theme song Agatha All Along, which can be heard in one of the episodes.

These three awards mark Marvel Studios' first Emmy nominations since the company launched its television series on Disney+ as part of its cinematic universe; indeed, the UCM's first season was nominated in 23 categories but only won three. We'll see if he wins one of the excellent Emmy prizes at the main event.

The Mandalorian, another of Disney +'s most popular shows, has won seven Emmy Awards, including Best Cinematography for a Half-Hour Single-Camera Show. We'll have to wait until next Sunday to learn if the Star Wars franchise wins any of the major awards. In the run-up to the 2021 Emmy Accolades, Disney + wins a total of 13 awards.

Although Netflix and its 34 prizes were the big winners of this appetizer at the Emmy 2021, the series Gambito de Dama took home a total of 9 accolades.
