As part of today's midseason update, a hidden nuke scorestreak in Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War has been expanded to the remainder of multiplayer.

Treyarch added a secret nuclear detonation scorestreak to Cold War in Season 3. Getting 30 kills without dying has long been a hallmark of Infinity Ward's Modern Warfare games, allowing you to smash the nuclear button and instantly destroy everyone in the round.

Unlike in Modern Warfare, Cold War nukes did not terminate a round immediately, instead killing everyone alive in the match. Furthermore, these nukes were only available in Cranked Hardpoint rounds when they arrived. Treyarch has decided to spread its nuclear genocide to the remainder of multiplayer with Season 4 Reloaded.

"We've heard from those who went above and beyond in Cranked Hardpoint to achieve the hidden Nuke Scorestreak, and we're extending it to the rest of Multiplayer," Treyarch said in a blog post. "Starting this week, players in all modes, with the exception of League Play and CDL variations, Multi-Team, Party Games, and Gunfight, will be able to call in a Nuke by accumulating 30 kills without dying."

Season 4 Reloaded also includes a fresh new zombies level, which we talked about last week. But there are some mid-season additions to Warzone, including a new 20v20 "Payload" mode, in which one side attempts to escort a convoy of cars across the area while the other builds barricades and defenses in its way.
